The Journey (to Korea) Begins

The date is 28th November 2006, the time is 6:45am. (Note that this whole log is hand-written on my notebook before transferring over to digital format)

I am now sitting here at Changi Aiport waiting for my professor, Dr Chen to arrive. I have already check in my luggage of 15.7kg and still with me is a backpack which is containing my Toshiba notebook that is really big and bulky. Beside that, I have a box which I am hand-carrying in, which house a mechanical lion. (This is the purpose of my trip actually. To hand carry and set up the mechanical lion for display), a photographer vest to store my passort and etc, a side pouch to keep my D70s with a 18-70mm kit lens. (I never thought of carrying my dSLR actually but wanted to bring my Pentax PnS instead. However, I really want to take some good photos in Korea and so I gotten a Vertikal side pouch last night to store my handy dSLR), last but not least, my old ever-faithful jakcet that had been with me since my maiden trip to Gurnee 2 years back and also my Tianjin trip last year.

Opps, just heard a beeping sound on my mobile phone, 2 missed calls from my professor. Guess time to go now. Bye.
