A New Chapter

Sorry for not updating my blog for the last few weeks. Quite a lot of things have been happening and literally have no mood to do anything.

Now all that is over, this is the beginning of a new chapter.

I should pick myself up from the ashes and be reborn like a phoenix and take flight again.

All I can say is, I am very grateful that my 2 closest friends, my 2 brothers are by my side to give me the support when I needed it the most. Thank you very much.

Last but not least, to all my friends too. Thank you for been my friends.

Revamp on the way???

I was tossing the idea of revamping my blog to have several section instead one single blog with all my pictures, songs, Youtube clips and thoughts mixed together. Should I or shouldn't I... Hmmm...

Anyway, I think I need to sit on this idea for quite a while before to decide to start my "blog-cleaning" exercise or not.

Wedding Photography Course!!!???

OK, I must admit that I never see this coming. There are 2 classes in PSS that I never thought of signing up (other than those film based courses) that is the Wedding Photography and Glamour & Nude Photography.

But in view of Thomas's upcoming ROM, I thought of taking up the Wedding Photography course to have a basic understanding of how to be a Wedding Photographer so that I can ready for his big day. Not just that, I was thinking of helping my good brother Ian and Aeris to do a montage too. Compliment from me of course. :)

And so I did. I email to PSS to make a registration for the course and when for it in the evening at 7:30pm. The Wedding Photography course consists of 5 lessons include 1 outing shoot for practice. The instructor is Mr Edward Cheong, he is my 1st instructor for the Digital Basic Course. The course is very interesting and I hope to be able to make the full use of it so that I can do a good job.

Even though it is only a ROM shoot. To me, the responsibility is still great. Anyway, hope to be able to put what I learn from the course to good use then. Wish me luck. Cheerz.

UV Photography sharing session with Regit Young

I feel very honoured today to have Regit Young who is into UV Photography to share with us his knowledge and also his gears that he used in doing UV Photography.

Regit actually proposed to have "Try a UV and IR-Cut filter" day and I think it is an excellent idea to create more awareness and also knowledge sharing on UV Photography. And so I started a new thread to see who is interested.

We met up at Raffles Place MRT station and proceed to a Burger King outlet nearby to have our discussion session. It is very interesting and informative as I learn more about UV Photography.

Regit is a very nice guy and I must really thank him for taking his time and effort to come down today to share with us his knowledge and gears and also teaches us how to do UV Photography. Hope that we will meet again, but for now, time to indent some UV emitting filter. :p
