Latest Christmas carol for 2008 !!!
Got it from my friend. Have fun. (I just Ian will enjoy it. Haha...)
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You'd better watch out
You'd better not cry
You'd better keep cash
I'm telling you why:
Recession is coming to town.
It's hitting you once,
It's hitting you twice
It doesn't care if you've been careful and wise
Recession is coming to town
It's worthless if you've got shares
It's worthless if you've got bonds
It's safe when you've got cash in hand
So keep cash for goodness sake, HEY
You'd better watch out
You'd better not cry
You'd better keep cash
I'm telling you why:
Recession is coming to town!
Finance products are confusing
Finance products are so vague
The banks make you bear the cost of risk
So keep out for goodness sake, OH
You'd better watch out
You'd better not cry
You'd better keep cash
I'm telling you why:
Recession is coming to town.

Behind the Name... the etymology and history of first names
Found this in CozyCot fourm which I like to share with all.
http://www.behindthename.com/.
Give it a try.
Here is my result.
FRANCIS
Gender: Masculine & Feminine
Usage: English
Pronounced: FRANT-səs [key]
English form of the Late Latin name Franciscus which meant "Frenchman". This name was borne by the 13th-century Saint Francis of Assisi, who was originally named Giovanni but was given the nickname Francesco by his father, an admirer of the French. Francis went on to renounce his father's wealth and devote his life to the poor, founding the Franciscan order of friars. Later in his life he apparently received the stigmata.
Due to the renown of the saint, this name became widespread in western Europe during the Middle Ages. However, it was not regularly used in Britain until the 16th century. Famous bearers include Saint Francis Xavier (1506-1552), a missionary to eastern Asia, the philosopher and scientist Francis Bacon (1561-1626), and the explorer and admiral Sir Francis Drake (1540-1595). In the English-speaking world this name is occasionally used for girls.

Color Analysis
Discover your sexual type based on favorite color:
The clothes you wear, your home furnishings and the car you drive all give clues to your sexual personality. The key is the colors you select for most of your possessions. Most people claim they haven't a favorite color and go on to claim it's black. But look around you, and you'll notice a pattern, especially in your clothing and home decor. The predominant color for you is the one that appears most frequently - it's the one that mirrors the sexual you. This test explains the association between color and sexual patterns.
Choose your favorite color:
Brown
Red
Yellow
Black
Blue
White
Grey
Pink
Green
Purple
Orange
No color preference
Analysis:
Brown: If you or your partner love brown, you're a real treasure for the right mate. Brown lovers tend to be warm and deep and sensitive to the needs and desires of their partners. Sex is a 24 hour a day thing. Where you can't say "I love you" often enough. Snuggling by the fire, walking in the rain or catching snowflakes on their tongue are very important to lovers of brown. They need lots of time and privacy to make love. But their emotions are such that one harsh word could end the affair.
Red: People who like red tend to be tigers in the sack. They are easily aroused and enjoy sex in every way imaginable. Once the sexual spark is ignited, it may take hours to extinguish. When two reds get together, the ensuing erotica could make Lady Chatterly blush. Lovers of red tend to be aggressors and weaker colors should be aware.
Yellow: If you or your partner tend to flavor yellow, your sexual drives are complex and turn toward the adaptable. In most cases the person will consent to the stronger partner's desires in a passive manner. You will never enjoy sex to the fullest, but you will never turn down an invitation from somebody you enjoy or admire.
Black: A good many people will choose black as their favorite color, without really thinking about the question. They are moody and often perform at their peak when under stress or during unhappy times.
Blue: Lovers of blue are wonderful sex partners. They are sinners, affectionate and sensitive to their partner's needs. They consider love making a fine art and their approach is elegant. Men who love blue are like concert pianists, delicately ravaging their partner like they would play a baby grand. Women in the blue category enjoy sex to the fullest. They are exciting partners but their passion may be compared to a tidal wave rather than fiery aggression. Both women and men enjoy foreplay and the aftermath of lovemaking, as much as the sex act itself. In marriage a blue person is a wonderful mate - never seeking outside interests.
White: If a person is infatuated with white, sex often seems obscene. To make love in the daylight is unheard of. Women who love white will undress beneath the covers. Men will shower before and after the sex act.
Grey: The color grey a preferred by people who are indecisive. They can't get excited about anything - including color - so they choose a noncommittal shade. They count the cracks in the bedroom plaster until the sex act is over with. When grey marries another grey, the marriage is a match made in heaven.
Pink: Persons who like pink show a reluctance to mature in sexual matters: women tend to tease and to promise more than they intend to deliver. Men who like pink are the philanderers and flirts. Women whose husbands like pink should keep a secret nest egg.
Green: Those who prefer green are fresh and innocent in their approach to sex. A man may always be a trifle clumsy and awkward but in a charming and endearing sort of way. Green lovers are gentle, but not passionate. If chosen as a mate, one will never need worry about infidelity.
Purple: Lovers of purple frequently consider themselves to be too sophisticated for a fun romp in the sack. Women sometimes are the type who hate to mess their hair. Men are business-like in their approach to lovemaking. In both sexes purple partners are more concerned with their fulfillment than anyone else's gratification.
Orange: Lovers of the color orange lean toward sexual fantasies. The sex act is regarded as a dramatic one-act play in which they are the star. Foreplay is as important as the act of love. They whisper sweet nothings, meaningless dialogue; they feel it is their image. Orange people often do not experience orgasm - but they put on a good act. Men tend to pull their partner's hair, and women leave red welts on their partner's back.
No Color Preference: Most people claim they haven't a favorite color and go on to claim it's black, but that's very rare. Try this, think of room painted in only one color. Walls, ceiling, floor and furniture. If you had to stay in it for a few minutes, what color would you like it to be? Now go back to the colors.

Get to Know Yourself Better
Sorry for the lack of update recently. I have been very busy with my new job and there is no public internet access there, so can't blog as often as I like. Rest assured that I am trying to figure my way out of this. Heh heh heh...
Anyway, got an interesting quiz which I found on HuiRong's blog with I like to share with all. I think she got it from her friend Finn. Here is the link.
http://www.quizbox.com/personality/test82.aspx
Here is my result.
Your view on yourself:
You are down-to-earth and people like you because you are so straightforward. You are an efficient problem solver because you will listen to both sides of an argument before making a decision that usually appeals to both parties.
The type of girlfriend/boyfriend you are looking for:
You like serious, smart and determined people. You don't judge a book by its cover, so good-looking people aren't necessarily your style. This makes you an attractive person in many people's eyes.
Your readiness to commit to a relationship:
You are ready to commit as soon as you meet the right person. And you believe you will pretty much know as soon as you might that person.
The seriousness of your love:
Your have very sensible tactics when approaching the opposite sex. In many ways people find your straightforwardness attractive, so you will find yourself with plenty of dates.
Your views on education:
Education is less important than the real world out there, away from the classroom. Deep inside you want to start working, earning money and living on your own.
The right job for you:

At full maturity you are likely to be a very peaceful and poised individual.
If there is an over supply of the number 7 in your makeup, the negative aspects of the number may be apparent. The chief negative of 7 relates to the limited degree of trust that you may have in people. A tendency to be highly introverted can make you a bit on the self-centered side, certainly very much self-contained . Because of this, you are not very adaptable, and you may tend to be overly critical and intolerant. You really like to work alone, at your own pace and in your own way. Number Code
Haven't blog for quite a while, so decided to post a quiz given by Gary over the email to entertain all. Enjoy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A man wanted to get into his work building, but he had forgotten his code.
However, he did remember five clues. These are what those clues were:
The fifth number plus the third number equals fourteen.
The fourth number is one more than the second number.
The first number is one less than twice the second number.
The second number plus the third number equals ten.
The sum of all five numbers is 30.
What were the five numbers and in what order?

Hobbies Meme
Got tag by Ian to start a Hobbies Meme quite some time back but still haven't get to work until today. Hehe...
As opposite to Ian or Theo, I don't have lots of hobbies to start off with over the years until recent time when I started photography, I was very passionate about it. Well, maybe it is the fact that I got more time since I am on the road of singlehood or maybe that I have found a way to express my feelings, thoughts and emotion through photography. Anyway, more of that later. Let us start shall we...
Collecting Stamp (1989 - 1994)
I used to stay with my cousins as some may know and my cousins used to collect a lot of stamps and first day covers. As they grew older, their interests changes and so the collection of stamps ended up with me. I still have a 1978 First Day Cover for ASEAN game somewhere in my drawer if I remembered correctly. As time move on, collecting stamp is not the IN thing any more.
Fishing (1993-1995)
The branch of friends that I hang out with love to do fishing and I remembered that my cousin got 2 fishing rods and fishing gear at home and so this started my hobby of fishing. I quite enjoy fishing as it trains the patience to wait for the fish. Many a time, I didn't catch any fish but I certainty enjoy the company of my friends as we cook Maggie Mee over solid fuel and so on.
Reading (1992-Now)
Reading has been one of my long time hobby. I got tons of books at home and now I even got my own photography library. Not much I can talk about except that I haven't been reading any Chinese books since after I leave my secondary school.
Listening to Music (1992-Now)
I remembered the first time I was playing with my cousin's hi-fi set at home and tuning in the 98.7FM. The music at those time were great, that inspire me to get my own music on the go, the walkman. I got my first walkman by saving up all my red packet money and I start to record my own tape compilation of music I like.
As time changes, I moved from walkman to discman and slowly, I shifted listening to the radio such as Class95 FM. The discman will always be with me where-ever I go. Slowly, technology changes and now, I have my own MP3 player with a collection of songs. I love listening to music as it can soothe my mood and set me thinking at times.
Photography (2004-Now)
I always wanted to get my own camera for a long time as I keep seeing my cousins changing compact camera every once a while. I got my first prosumer camera before I go for my US training trip. At that time, I still knows nuts about photography. On my way back to Singapore, I stop by Japan for a 3 days tour, it was then that I came to realise that I am not using my camera to the max. Then I start to look up on the internet for more information about photography, that was when I came across Clubsnap forum. I was looking through the galleries and I happened to come across the InfraRed Photography forum. The IR photos looks really cool and I love the effect.
After saving for a while, I decided to bite the bullet and invest on my first dSLR, the Nikon D70s. Slowly, I join photography courses and a lot of outings, that was how I came to know my IR kakis, photographers peers and model friends.
About a year ago, things on my personal front suddenly took a turn which push me to focus more on photography so as to take my mind off things and keep me occupied. Slowly, photography has now become my biggest passion as I have found peace through this hobby of mine. I want to express my thoughts, emotions and feelings through my photos. Not only that, I want to use it to bring happiness and joy to the people around me.
Blogging (2006-Now)
All thanks to Charlotte and Ian for introducing me to the world of blogging. I started a blog in 2004 (Charlotte introduce me to it first) but I didn't really get serious about it until like the start of 2006. I started the blog initially to share my photos collection, but slowly, my blog has become a place for me to express my thoughts, feelings and emotions and also to communicate with my friends. Of course, I must thank Theo for giving me advice on how to add music on my blog and so on as I really know nuts about blogging. Well, to date, I still not very good with it.
Wow, finally completed this Hobbies Meme after 2 days of typing. Took me quite a while to finish it. Alrighty, time for my shower and off to bed. Good night everyone.
