End of a Legacy

Today marks the last day for one of my ex-Motorola colleague. We used to work together in the same team and he is the last (not really the last, but anyway, long story, so doesn't really matter) to leave the team in search for his future.

We all used to be under the headcount of Midway team but later when there is a new project, the team was renamed as Saipan with me transferred from Royale back to Saipan. Sherwin was the first to start the ball rolling when the decision to form a new team was announced. Followed by Jonathan who quitted for studies in Australia. Next is Dave, followed by Amos (Amos wasn't from the Midway headcount, but since he quitted from Saipan team, I might as well mention it). Next on the list was me, then Ryan and lastly Devan. I pretty thought that is the end of everything until Justin announced his decision to quit. So officially, he is the one who ended the legacy.

Anyway, we met up for dinner and have a drink at Paulaner opposite Suntec City. I had 2 lager in a tall glass and that is pretty much. I am feeling much sober then compared to the last few time when I drink during those happy occasions.

I will like to extend my warmest regards and best wishes to Justin for his future and stay in touch. All the best. Cheerz.
