Trekking at Lower Pierce Reservoir

Was out early this morning to explore Lower Pierce Reservoir. I always wanted to check out this place for quite some time already but always never get the chance. I wanted to capture evening shots there but the evening sky these few days are quite cloudy. Besides, these 2 weeks are my in-camp training period so I don't have so much free time.

I brought my trusty D70s with me as I wanted to do some IR shot, but unexpectedly, the weather is simply terrible for InfraRed. It is cloudy even though the sun is shining up high in the sky.

I took some shots using my Hoya ND400 and I finally give up taking landscape for today as the sky is just so dull. Instead, I did quite a lot of plant abstract today. Here are some of my humble tries. Enjoy.
