Late Nite @ Esplanade (Deb Fung - Whoever You Are)

Just came back from a concert at the Esplanade, the concert is by Deb Fung from Sydney, Australia titled "Whoever You Are" which is the same title as her new released album. Not sure if Ian or Theo know who this singer is. Hmm...

Anyway, it is a very good concert and the band is great too. I am thankful that Huiqing is able to attend the concert with me as I will be so bored if I have to attend it alone.

I can't remember the sequence of the songs that Deb sing, but it is mostly from her new album. Some of the songs are quite catchy and I like the tune. Some of the songs include :

1. Fool for You
2. Do So Much
3. I Believe in You
4. I Understand You Understand
5. Whoever You Are
6. Lately
7. Surrender
8. Home
And one of the song from her previous ablum during the encore which I forgot the title.


Some how as I compare to the album and the concert, the album lack the impact as compare from the concert. Well, that is the main difference between attending a concert live and listening to an album.

Anyway, I do look forward to her future concerts (and of course Corrinne May's concerts too). Going to get my shower and get some good rest as I still got an IR Outing to attend to later. Cheerz and good night.
