Was taking my shower when I recalled a story that was shared many years ago during my secondary days by a teacher. The story goes like this...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
In time of peace and calmness, God walked alongside with Man on the Beach. Man cannot see God, but what is left behind on the sand of the beach is two sets of footprints in which Man look back and see/sense the presence of God.
In time of trouble and sorrow, the Man saw only one set of footprint on the Beach. He felt disappointed and despair and he questioned God. Why did God left him in time when he needed God the most. God replied, "I never left you, but I was carrying you. What was left on the behind is my footprint. You are not made to bear all the trouble alone. I will carry you through in time of trouble or when in need. Rest assured, you ain't alone."

Why did I suddenly recalled such a story... Well, I have been giving advice on a female forum known as CozyCot and have been sharing my thoughts about Love and Relationship with Female readers. Some time, I do feel their hurt, pain and sorrow in the relationship. I can't often much help but just my piece of advice. I am not God, I can't zip away their pain. Neither can I carry them through the time of sadness and sorrow. What I can often is my sincere piece of advice and shelter when they needed it the most. That is why I called myself -Shelter-. Inspired by Corrinne May's Shelter and also my blog title.
