Depression

I guess I have fallen into a stage of depression.
I have been very tired since like 1 month ago but this week is worse.
I literally have no mood to do anything. I have no passion, no drive, no direction, no energy, no strength, no appetite, no everything.
I get tired, distracted, angry and blur easily.
I must admit it, I AM LOST & BLIND.
What is happening to me? Have the Divine or God forsaken me?
Please Divine or God, please hear me out.
Please grant me peace in my heart and grant me the strength to stand up and move on.
Please grant me a simple and quiet life.
Please give me a direction in life to strife for and the vision to see far.
I humbly pray to the Divine or God.
Grant me the patience and grace.
