The journey to the beach location is quite far, what is worse is that I am not very familiar with the West side of Singapore. However, I still would like to find out where this beach is located.
I followed the direction as written in the Clubsnap forum and alight at Tuas South Ave 4. After I alight from the bus, I didn't know which way to head, so I just try my luck and walk in the direction where the bus is heading. I walked for 10 minutes and ended up at the coastline of Singapore which is facing Malaysia. I thought that this is the beach location, but it is heavily fencing up which is very different from what I saw in those photos. I tried walking around to see if there is any opening along the whole stretch of fences, but I felt that I was in the wrong location.
I tried to recall what some of the forumers wrote and they mentioned to walk in opposite direction of the bus and then I realise my mistake. I turn around and walked back to the starting point (which is the bus stop that I alight) and continue to walk. Along the way, I saw some very nice industrial premises and they reminded me of those buildings in Libertyville, Illinois.
After 10 minutes or so, I finally saw the beach. It is a very long stretch and it looks really calm. I took quite a few shots before heading home at around 1pm. It is really a tiring day. Anyway, here are the shots taken. Hope that you like it. Enjoy...
